I work primarily in collage and oil pastel, although I love exploring new materials and techniques. Because my art studio is tiny, (squeezed in between the dryer and the back door!) most of my works are small. I exhibit regularly in Small Works art shows in California. My themes explore the process of looking through many layers to find hidden meanings. Trees, birds and insects are often the subjects of my work, with bits of text and other collage elements coming through from many layers of paint and oil pastel.
